Job summary

Natural Factors Inc. is expanding with a brand-new warehouse at 1400 Brigantine Dr, Coquitlam. We seek an experienced Warehouse Operator who thrives independently, takes ownership, and helps build efficient, safe processes from the ground up.

You will operate forklifts, manage receiving and shipping, and support ERP/WMS-driven inventory control on a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift, onsite. Competitive benefits and staff discounts accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control.
• Experience operating forklifts and willingness to become certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding duties.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Syspro experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Manage receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and storage with accuracy.
• Support inventory control through ERP and WMS while maintaining records.
• Establish and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work independently within a small team and identify process improvements.
