This hands-on role requires reliability, safety focus, and the ability to switch between equipment operation and general duties while maintaining accuracy and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Experience with order picking and inventory handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual with good attendance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load, unload, move, and stage warehouse products.
• Put away incoming inventory in designated locations.
• Replenish picking locations as required.
• Verify quantities, item numbers, and order details.
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems when required.
• Perform manual material handling and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Support different departments and operational tasks based on daily requirements.
