Job summary

Factors Group is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead our evening warehouse operations in Coquitlam, BC. You will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory and material handling to support customers across North America.

The role requires at least 2 years of warehouse and supervisory experience, with GMP exposure preferred, and a willingness to pursue additional training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Completion of Grade 12, with the willingness and ability to pursue additional relevant training.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules and timesheets, and support recruitment, investigations, and employee engagement activities.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 AM (flexible as needed)
Work Location: Onsite – 1550 United Boulevard, Coquitlam, BC
Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 per annum
