Job summary

Cozey is establishing a new warehouse operation in Montreal and seeks an experienced warehouse associate who can operate forklifts and manage core inventory processes. You will handle receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and quality checks while driving improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires physical work with lifting up to 49 lbs, 2+ years of material handling experience, and valid forklift/reach licenses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) in variable temperatures.
• 2+ years experience operating material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) in a production environment.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator licenses (proof required).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Experience in a quality control environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (Forklift) for warehouse maneuvers.
• Perform core and support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing) timely and accurately.
• Propose and lead initiatives to improve DC activities and processes.
• Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.
• Take accountability for core and support activities and propose corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Handle other related tasks as needed.
