Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Forklift Driver to help keep the production line moving smoothly and safely. This hands-on role requires operating a sit-down forklift and adhering to high safety standards on a day shift.

You’ll move finished products to storage, inspect equipment, and keep your area clean while following all safety rules. Join a team known for premium products and strong workmanship in Longueuil, QC.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator's competency card or renewal required.
• Experience as a sit-down forklift operator (1 year minimum).
• Self-motivated and proactive with safety focus.
• Punctual and reliable with good attendance.
• Comply with all work safety standards and instructions.

Responsibilities

Pay & Schedule

$23.07 to $23.61/hour

Day shift:Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Your Role

As a Production Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping the production line moving smoothly and safely.

You will:

• Operate a propane or electricsit-down forklift
• Move finished products to storage & transport materials as needed
• Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues
• Keep your work area and forklift clean and safe
• Follow all health & safety rules (seatbelt on at all times!)
• Stay alert to avoid incidents involving pedestrians, trucks, buildings, fixed equipment, and other machinery

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
