Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. is seeking a Production Forklift Driver to keep the production line moving safely on the night shift in Canada. You will operate sit-down forklifts (propane or electric), move finished products to storage, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator's competency card or renewal.
• 1 year minimum experience as sit-down forklift operator.
• Self-motivated, proactive and punctual.
• Adheres to health and safety rules.

Job Description

Pay & Schedule

$23.07 to $23.61/hour

Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Your Role

As a Production Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping the production line moving smoothly and safely.

You will:

• Operate a propane or electric sit-down forklift
• Move finished products to storage & transport materials as needed
• Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues
• Keep your work area and forklift clean and safe
• Follow all health & safety rules (seatbelt on at all times!)
• Stay alert to avoid incidents involving pedestrians, trucks, buildings, fixed equipment, and other machinery
