Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a Foreman, Field Maintenance to support field preparation for Toronto FC games, Argonauts events, and other MLSE events at BMO Field and Training Grounds. The role involves operating equipment, maintaining stadium landscaping, and assisting with fertilization programs.

The position is part-time (30-40 hours/week), with some nights and weekends required. Must have a turfgrass-related diploma/degree and at least 2 years in the turf industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in turfgrass management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the turf industry; Flexibility to work extended hours including some nights/weekends; Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field preparation for games and events at BMO Field and training grounds.
