Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a Labourer, Field Maintenance on a part-time contract to support the Groundskeeping team. You'll help prepare and maintain playing surfaces for Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground, gaining hands-on field operations experience.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends; you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Comfort working outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of professional fields at BMO Field and BMO Training Ground.
• Operate field and landscaping equipment including tractors, mowers, and line trimmers.
• Support painting and lining of multiple types of athletic fields to professional standards.
• Maintain landscaping around stadium and training facilities to the highest quality.
• Assist in the day-to-day upkeep of grounds to ensure athlete, staff, and fan safety.
• Collaborate with teammates across Operations to deliver exceptional playing conditions.
