Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a Conversions team member to oversee and supervise venue conversions at our major stadiums and arenas. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth event operations and uphold safety standards.

The role requires adaptability to varied shifts, solid leadership, clear communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varied shifts including weekdays, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in building operations or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal abilities are required.

• Oversee execution of venue conversions at BMO Field and Coca-Cola Coliseum.

You will be instrumental in overseeing the smooth, efficient execution of various venue-mode changes, and events taking place at BMO Field, and Coca-Cola Coliseum.* Supervise the execution of building conversions, working in tandem with other departments.* Ensure the Building Safety polices & procedures are followed accordingly.* Conduct pre--shift briefings with third-party staff prior to all shifts* Work with both front and back-of-house teams, providing friendly and informed responses to any service or operational-related issues and inquiries.* Communicate positively and professionally with staff, clients, and fans.* Document for follow-up, all items completed, incidents/concerns.* Assist with other administrative functions, including, but not limited to, event details, event calendars, and scheduling.* Ensure adherence by fans and employees to MLSE policies and procedures.* Provide assistance to the Conversions team and all other departments as requested**Qualifications:***Note: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.** Must be available to work a variety of shifts; weekdays, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as the need arises, including longer shifts.* Supervisory experience, preferably in Building Operations or a related field.* Outgoing, organized, diplomatic, and self-motivated.* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.* Able to exercise diplomacy and tact always.* Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.* Proven to perform well under pressure; manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail.* Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.* A positive, winning attitude, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.**Apply By: May 8, 2026****Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:**$28-29 / HourWe’re glad you’re here.
