Summary:

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, a Retail Outfitter works within a team to create a world-class shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to every customer.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products.
2. Promote company programs and ongoing promotions.
3. Maintain visual presentation standards, including signage, merchandise recovery, restocking, remerchandising, and cleaning the sales floor.
4. Respond to and resolve customer issues using good judgment and problem-solving skills.
5. Assist in other store areas as needed based on business requirements.
6. Demonstrate a passion for outdoor activities by staying informed about current trends and technologies related to outdoor lifestyles.

Qualifications:

• Preferably one or more years of sales or service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Commitment to providing superior customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Good judgment and logical decision-making skills.
• Experience related to outdoor lifestyles is advantageous.
