Qualifications

• Must have experience in inventory management and merchandising.
• Experience with budgeting, purchasing, and store presentation is essential.
• Compliance with Food Safety, OH&S, and HR policies is required.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service and vendor relations.
• Experience with recruitment, performance reviews, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant processes.
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, expenses, and sales targets.
• Manage inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and store presentation.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to all employees in the location.
• Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
• Support marketing strategies, promotions, and pricing initiatives.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, members and community stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and customer concerns are resolved.
