The Food Service Supervisor/Technician utilizes various computerized applications to implement and adjust individual meal plans for clients on therapeutic diets. The role involves meeting time-sensitive diet administration duties across multiple sites, ensuring standards are met, and performing related administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include overseeing the delivery of food services to patients, residents, customers, and clients; supervising Cooks and other staff; maintaining supplies; and ensuring safety, quality, and sanitation standards are upheld.
