Responsibilities
Tasks
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Provide customer service
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effects of competitors' operations on sales
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Direct and control daily operations
