Job summary

Bento Inc. in Ottawa is seeking Food Service Team Members to prepare sushi and other menu items, maintain food safety, track production, and support a fast-paced store environment.

Full training provided; sushi experience not required. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg, and collaborate with store staff to keep the sushi bar running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Food service experience required; sushi experience is an asset.

• Metro:250 Greenbank Road Nepean, Ontario K2H 8P3 | Monday to Sunday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

Food Service Team Members play a key role in preparing high-quality sushi while ensuring food safety standards, tracking production, managing inventory, and collaborating with store employees in a fast-paced environment. Full training is provided; prior sushi experience is not required.

• Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain accurate logs.
