Job summary

No prior sushi experience is required as full training is provided. Candidates should have food service experience and knowledge of safety standards; strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Track daily production and assist in kitchen operations.
• Receive, check, and organize inventory, and assist with ordering.
• Work closely with store staff and management to ensure smooth sushi bar operations.
• Use Bento operations tools to update production, inventory, and other data.
• Maintain Bento customer experience standards.
