Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operational food industry management experience.
• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Manager to supervise multiple food service units.
• Supervise production of menu items, cash readings, and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train and motivate associates; manage labor costs.
• Track inventories, sales, labor and food cost; prepare reports.
• Maintain HACCP standards and WHMIS training for staff.
• Ensure positive service to cafe patrons and address issues promptly.
