Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Surrey, BC is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to organize meal preparation and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff on duties, sanitation and safety, establish work schedules, estimate ingredient needs and ensure quality control across food and service.

Candidates should have a secondary school certificate (or equivalent), 1 to less than 7 months experience, and hold First Aid, CPR and Safe Food Handling certificates.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food preparation.
• Ability to train staff in duties, sanitation and safety.
• Knowledge of inventory and stock control.
