Job description

McDonalds WALMART Restaurant in SASKATOON PRESTON CROSSING, SK (1706 PRESTON AVE N) is now hiring Full Time Food Service Supervisors. Applicants should have a flexible schedule including late evenings, overnights, and weekends. The applicant is also expected to work 30-40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. A Food Service Supervisor has to manage food product preparation and maintain the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. His/her job is to provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.


JOB DUTIES:
  1. Maintains courteous interaction with customers at all times.
  2. Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff that prepare, portion and serve food.
  3. Monitor staff performance.
  4. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
  5. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operation.
  6. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  7. Implement operational procedures.
  8. Respond and correct customer complaints.
  9. Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
  10. Ensure that safety regulations are followed.
  11. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  12. Participate and assist in the development of policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  1. Completion of High School
  2. Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience as Food Counter Attendant and Food Preparer
  3. Basic reading, writing skills
