Osmow’s Shawarma in Owen Sound is seeking a motivated Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure timely service, and uphold food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise and coordinate kitchen and counter staff, train new workers on duties, sanitation, and safety, estimate ingredients, manage stock and reports, address customer concerns, and strive to deliver excellent service and consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Able to supervise food and beverage staff and food preparers.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral communication; flexible and a team player.
• Able to work in a noisy, hot restaurant environment.
