Responsibilities

1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
2. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
3. Hire food service staff
4. Address customers' complaints or concerns
5. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
6. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
7. Ensure food service and quality control
8. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9. Prepare and submit reports
10. Establish work schedules

Minimum Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Wage and Employment Terms

Wage: $19.20 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
