Basic Job Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and train a group of team members
• Take guests orders on POS register
• Accept payment (cash, debit, credit)
• Handle guest requests
• Prepare, heat, and finish food/beverage items
• Use manual appliances to slice food items
• Portion and wrap foods
• Package take‑out food
• Stock refrigerators and sandwich bars
• Keep records of the quantities of food used/prepped
• Cross train between storefront, drive‑thru, sandwich bar, and baking

Kitchen Helping

• Wash and cut vegetables
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, storage racks, equipment
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Remove kitchen garbage
• Handle cleaning products
• Sweep and mop floors

Dishwashing

• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Scour pots and pans
• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher carts and garbage units

Weight Handling: Up to 50 lbs
