Food Service Supervisor

Location: Chilliwack, BC V2R 4E7

• Salary: $21.00/hour, 40 hours/week
• Terms: Permanent, Full-time
• Shift: Day, Evening, Shift, Morning

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff preparing and portioning food
• Train staff in duties, sanitation, safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal prep
• Ensure food and service meet quality standards
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise food trolley delivery
• Establish work schedules
