You will evaluate daily operations, plan and organize activities, train staff, monitor performance, negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering or use of facilities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
