Your Team

P&H Milling: P&H Milling is Canada's largest Canadian-owned milling company, producing high-quality flour and cereal products for bakeries, food manufacturers, and consumers. From coast to coast, we transform Canadian wheat into trusted products that feed families at home and abroad.

  • Partner with site FSQA teams to standardize programs, drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and strengthen food safety culture across the organization.

  • Monitor and analyze quality, food safety, and compliance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on food safety, quality, pest control, foreign material prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for domestic and international food regulations, ensuring policies, procedures, labels, and product claims remain compliant.
  • Act as a key liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders, supporting inspections, audits, investigations, and compliance activities.
  • Oversee quality systems related to specifications, ingredient approvals, supplier management, data integrity, and ERP master data.
  • Support product development, labeling and commercialization activities by ensuring regulatory compliance and customer expectations are met.
  • Develop and deliver FSQA training programs while fostering knowledge sharing and best practices across manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve company food safety, quality, and regulatory objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field, with 5+ years of Food Safety and Quality Assurance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems, regulatory compliance, and BRCGS standards; HACCP, PCQI, Internal Auditor, Project Management, and Six Sigma certifications are considered assets.
  • Proven ability to lead audits, manage quality systems, assess risk, drive continuous improvement, and support regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience developing procedures, delivering training, and working cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience is an asset.
