Job summary

Edo Japan in Red Deer, AB is seeking a self-motivated Food counter attendant with good interpersonal skills to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will take customer orders, wrap and portion foods, prepare simple items, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and keep dining areas clean. Training is provided. Fluent English is required, and teamwork is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep records of the quantities of food used.
• Package take-out food.
• Wrap and portion foods.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.

• Clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using manual and electrical appliances.
