Job summary

Marshavill Investments Ltd. o/a Southview Dairy Queen in Medicine Hat, AB invites applications for food service workers. Wage is $16.00 per hour for 30–40 hours per week; permanent positions with potential for part-time may be available; two vacancies.

You will prepare, heat and finish simple food items, handle take-out orders, clean and sanitize work areas, and stock supplies. English required; on-site fast food outlet; relocation costs may be covered by employer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food.
• Portion, wrap and package take-out food.
• Take customer orders.
• Keep records of quantities of food used.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas.
• Stock refrigerators and clean and sanitize work areas.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Remove garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop and wash floors.
