THE BEACH HUT in Killarney, MB is seeking a Food counter attendant to join a small team. The role is permanent, full-time with Day and Evening shifts. The candidate will start promptly and handle counters, serve customers, package take-out food, and maintain cleanliness.

Training is provided and English fluency is required. The position offers 2 openings, at $15.30 per hour for a 40-hour week, with standard full-time benefits.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of food quantities consumed.
• Package take-out food.
• Portion and wrap foods.

• Clean, peel, slice and trim foods with manual and electrical tools.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.

• The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of the food quantities consumed.

• The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders.
• The candidate must clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using both manual and electrical appliances.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• The candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
