• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with products/services.
• Coordinate task completion and delegate daily priorities from the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising display changes as needed.
• Lead daily Team Huddle, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates to coverage tasks.
• Identify training opportunities during store tours and develop associates through coaching.
