• Assist in directing task completion and coordinating priorities from the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management Team.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed to improve appearance.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Schedule review with People Lead and assign associates to support coverage and availability tasks.
• Identify training opportunities during tours with Coach and associates, providing feedback and coaching.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment by following company policies and completing safety checks.
