Walmart Cornwall location in Ontario is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist in Food & Consumables leadership, greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise and resolve issues while ensuring task completion.

You will support scheduling, supervise associates, lead daily huddles, train and develop team members, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and assist with recruiting and onboarding under guidance from the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Available to work in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with products.
• Promote products/services, locate merchandise and support purchase decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns when needed.
• Coordinate daily tasks and align with priorities from coaches and store management.
• Lead team huddles, communicate updates, set goals and track productivity.
• Assign associates to coverage and availability tasks across store areas.
• Observe department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Support training opportunities and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policy; complete safety checks.
• Handle GTA/Workday tasks and assist management; support recruiting and onboarding.
