Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection and promotions.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities with the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates for coverage.
• Conduct area tours to identify training opportunities and provide coaching.
• Maintain safe, clean, and hazard-free store environment and complete safety checks.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Support recruiting and growth conversations with the Coach/People Lead.
