Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Store Associate to assist in leading Food and Consumables areas and collaborate with the Store Management Team. You will help coach and train associates, ensure high customer service levels, and support on-floor operations.

The role requires 16+ years old, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with a diverse team. The position is on-site at 9650 Macleod Trail SE, Calgary, AB, Canada.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers with products and services.
• Supports team with daily planning and task delegation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and promoting products/services.
• Assist with directing and coordinating task completion per priorities from coaches and store management.
• Monitor department presentation and merchandising, and update displays as needed.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and track productivity.
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates to support coverage.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through coaching.
