Position Overview

We are seeking Food & Beverage Supervisors who are passionate about cuisine and dedicated to providing excellent guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage departments at CSBP, including Logger’s Grill, Bridge House Café (currently closed), and the Cabin. Your role is to ensure the highest quality of service for guests and team members, support the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating guest feedback, and contribute ideas for program development.

Who You Are

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar Food & Beverage setting
• POS system knowledge and RTP system familiarity are assets
• Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications are preferred
• Legal age to serve alcohol
• Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to fluctuating demands
• Second language skills are an asset

Additional Considerations

• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Occasionally climb ladders or step stools

Compensation: $23.10 per hour
