This executive role demands excellent coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills. It involves managing large-scale company events with extensive travel for hundreds of employees across 80+ countries, held quarterly. The team handles travel logistics, visas, and safety, requiring a rigorous, ethical approach. They also serve as an independent check on expense claims, ensuring fairness and transparency, and provide traditional 'EA' services to company leaders, such as scheduling and project coordination.
The role is location-flexible, with options for remote work worldwide, except in offices like London, Taipei, and Beijing.
Additional desirable skills include travel industry experience, project and event management, and business administration.
