Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server or bartender.
• Valid Smart Serve Certificate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, attentive service to guests and take orders, offering menu recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar for timely delivery.
• Describe menu items and provide pairing recommendations to guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Process guest payments securely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including bar stations and dining sections.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and promote specials or seasonal features.
• Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations.

• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service toall guests, ensuring a positive and memorable diningexperience. Greet guests, take orders, and offer menurecommendations based on their preferences and dietaryrestrictions.
  
• Efficiently take andaccurately enter food and beverage orders into the POSsystem. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensuretimely and accurate delivery of orders. Handle specialrequests or modifications with professionalism andaccuracy.
  
• Familiarize yourself withour menu offerings, including food items, cocktails, wines,and other beverages. Provide detailed descriptions andrecommendations to guests.
  
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, includingcocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. Followproper mixing techniques, recipes, and garnish guidelines toensure consistent quality andpresentation.
  
• Process guestpayments accurately and efficiently. Handle cashtransactions, credit card payments, and other forms of paymentsecurely and in accordance with establishedprocedures.
  
• Maintain a clean andorganized work area, including bar stations, service areas,and dining sections.
  
• Identifyopportunities to upsell menu items and promote specialoffers or seasonal features. Provide information aboutadditional products, such as wine pairings or dessert options, toenhance the guest experience and increaserevenue.
  
• Adhere to all applicablefood safety and alcohol service regulations, including ageverification and responsible alcohol service.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year of prior experience as a server orbartender
  
• Valid Smart ServeCertificate
  
• Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills
  
• Familiarity with food and beverageservices
  
• Ability to handlemultiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high levelof accuracy and efficiency
  
• Meticulous attention to detail in taking orders,delivering food and beverages, and handling cash transactions
  
• Bilingualism is an asset for this role
  

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available – 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours

Morning and evening shifts

Monday to Friday & weekend availability required
