Job summary

Bingemans is hiring a dedicated supervisor to lead Kingpin operations, including Admissions, Playstructure, Arcade, Laser Tag, Axe Throwing and Bowling, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and a safe, clean environment.

The role demands a team player with supervisory experience, strong communication, and comfort with POS and MS Office. Certifications like Smart Serve, First Aid/CPR, and Food Handlers are valued; flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of POS and computer entertainment systems.
• Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
• Ability to assist in budgeting and tracking costs.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (and willing to be trained in other computer programs/software).
• Must be Smart Serve Certified.
• Standard First Aid/CPR C or willing to obtain.
• Food Handlers Certification or willing to obtain.
• Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Required to perform other duties (including cleaning duties).
• Ability to provide yourself with reliable transportation to and from work.
