Job summary

Bingemans in Waterloo Region is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to support the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This permanent, full-time in-office role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You will enter invoice data, maintain vendor files, respond to inquiries, and process weekly/monthly payment runs, with opportunities to participate in automation projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in accounting, business or finance is considered an asset.
• Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Open to continuous improvement and change.

Additional information:

This is a permanent, full-time position. In officeMonday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
