Job summary

Cineplex Vaughan is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Amusement Service Supervisor to lead frontline teams, ensure guest experiences, manage operational programs, and help meet budgeting goals. You will coach staff, drive sales, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or amusement, can work flexible shifts, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or amusement industry.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise employees, organize and schedule work assignments.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.

Responsibilities

• Execute Groups & Events within venue and provide seamless guest service.
• Follow Playidum values, policies and procedures.
• Maintain seamless operation of games, coat check and retail within Playidium.
• Strive to achieve sales targets while adhering to budget.
• Ensure facility meets safety and cleanliness standards; monitor guest areas.
• Deliver employee training and development for assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned.
