Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a strong, growth‑m oriented leader to join our Leadership Team in a full‑time capacity. You will guide multiple restaurant areas, mentor supervisors, and drive guest satisfaction with a focus on consistent excellence.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement initiatives that boost sales and profit, while developing leaders and fostering an inclusive team culture across Canada and the USA.
