Job summary

Northland Restaurant Group seeks a dynamic Leadership Team member to guide operations and drive service excellence across our Canadian and North American footprint. You will mentor managers, shape guest experiences, and partner with the General Manager to implement initiatives that boost sales and morale.

You will lead with an inclusive, energetic approach, develop Supervisors, and participate in leadership seminars and restaurant openings.

  • Role modelling hospitality to our guests and team members.
  • Communicating and connecting with guests to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional level.
  • Implement initiatives to increase sales and increase profit.
  • Assist in hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.
  • Assist in developing Supervisors.
  • Oversee all front-of-house leader areas to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
