Job summary

Northland Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Leadership Team in Canada. You will guide front-of-house and operations delivery while coaching managers, mentoring staff, and driving guest satisfaction with a development-focused mindset.

This role offers exposure to Canada and USA openings, leadership development seminars, and the chance to build a long-term career within a rapidly growing hospitality group. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
  • Proven leadership skills: ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Energetic, positive, and patient with strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Role modelling hospitality to guests and team members.
  • Communicate with guests to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
  • Implement initiatives to increase sales and profit.
  • Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training for multiple positions.
  • Develop Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
  • Oversee front-of-house leadership areas for success.
  • Handle GM duties when they are not present.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the General Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Role modelling hospitality to our guests and team members
