Outlier is seeking English-speaking contractors to help train AI models through live conversations and detailed evaluations. You will rate naturalness and clarity, and you’ll compare AI-generated media against prompts and provide concise explanations in English.

The role is remote and flexible in hours, suitable for freelancers who can commit to project-based work and onboarding. Prior experience with AI model training or content review is beneficial.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural, conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos based on prompts.
• Providing evidence-based written explanations in English.
