Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certification is a strong asset.
• Previous shipping/receiving or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in floriculture or agriculture is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work under the Logistics Manager to meet shipment timelines.
• Assemble pallets, pack goods, and prepare labels/documentation.
• Load/unload goods from trucks safely and accurately.
• Support inventory accuracy with counts and tracking.
• Inspect shipments, report discrepancies, and log shortages or damages.
• Route materials to proper storage locations and organize area.
• Operate material handling equipment when needed, following safety rules.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping/receiving area.
• Assist with order pulling and related tasks.
