Job summary

Fraserway RV LP is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for the summer season (June-August) at our Abbotsford, BC head office. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, keep the warehouse organized, and support the team in essential tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and may involve training. Prior warehouse/shipping experience is preferred, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of rv/automotive parts is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• This is a physically demanding job and the ability to be on your feet for most part of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 LBS.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving of parts and accessories.
• Monitor and report inventory levels to the Wholesale Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Coordinate with staff and departments regarding incoming packages.
• Store, organize, and prepare packages for delivery or pick-up.
• Create and manage waybills for shipments.
• Communicate effectively with transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Package parcels for safe transportation.
• Provide customer service support, including counter sales.
• Stock and organize shelves to maintain product availability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wholesale Manager.
