Southern Irrigation is actively seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a logistics-focused role, for our Chilliwack location. Job purpose

This position’s primary responsibilities are ensuring customer orders are gathered, packaged and sent/delivered accurately, efficiently and safely while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Result Area

• High accuracy and efficiency in shipping/packaging/pulling orders
• Ensure orders are shipped within desired time frame

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and package customer orders, and will-call orders
• Stock shelves
• Track shipments as needed
• Process customer orders and take payments
• Assist in the preparation of inter-company transfersCross-train on additional Shipper duties: acquiring rates, preparing customs paperwork, etc.
• Assist other departments, as required
