Responsibilities

• Follow GET Model of customer service: Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking customers.
• Actively seek customers and escort to appropriate merchandise.
• Ask open-ended questions to assess customer needs.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items outside department.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
• Maintain knowledge of products in department and adjacent areas.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock: all products signed, displayed, and clean.
