Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our Nova Scotia team.

You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, assist clients with flooring selections, manage projects through completion, and ensure smooth execution from consultation to delivery. Responsibilities include using RFMS for quotes and orders, handling calls, guiding product choices, and maintaining showroom displays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the flooring, home improvement, or interior design industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Use RFMS to create quotes, work orders, purchase orders, and pick tickets.
• Answer calls on the sales floor and provide prompt customer support.
• Assist customers with product selection and custom flooring design solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and timely follow-ups.
• Oversee flooring projects from start to finish ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on product offerings, design trends, and pricing changes.
• Coordinate material ordering and ensure timely delivery for deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, installers, and project managers throughout the project.
