The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Sales Associate in Alberta to provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers and assessing their needs to guide them to the right solutions for their projects.

You will build product knowledge, greet, engage, and thank customers, while helping in adjacent departments and promoting available services. This role requires a flexible schedule in a warehouse-style retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Trade experience is an asset.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Actively seek customers throughout the store and escort to appropriate merchandise.
• Ask open-ended questions about customers' projects to determine needs.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Discuss options and suggest related items outside of department.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
