Our family-owned business has been around for over 75 years, and our pharmacy has been at the heart of what we do since day one. We believe that a great deal of our success comes from supporting our pharmacists to ensure they have a fulfilling career. Some of the ways we do that are:

  1. Scheduled lunch breaks
  2. Sit down counselling booths
  3. No prescription quotas
  4. Advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within policies
  5. Salaries commensurate with experience & extra bonus for floating
  6. Multiple pharmacists always on shift
  7. Pharmacy technicians on-staff to relieve pharmacists from routine tasks
Successful candidates will possess:
  1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  2. Ability to travel to various store locations within Edmonton, AB.
  3. Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Overtime may also be required
  4. Ability to work primarily nights and weekends
  5. Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
  6. Ability to work as a team player
  7. Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure
  8. A high level of professionalism
  9. Strong computer skills
  10. Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade their knowledge
  11. A desire to actively engage in patient counseling, monitor patient profiles, and perform drug usage reviews
  12. An interest in disease management and compliance programs and being involved with community seminars and workshops

We offer advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within policies, as well as the following comprehensive benefits program. Starting pay will fall within the salary range indicated and may vary based on job-related experience, knowledge, and education:

  1. Medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision coverage for you and your family
  2. Company matched RRSPs after 2 years
  3. Employee Discount Program
  4. Ongoing In-House Training & Education Courses
  5. Employee Family Assistance Program (includes free confidential counseling and support)
  6. Employee Recognition Program
  7. Community involvement opportunities
