We are hiring for an Edmonton-based Relief Pharmacist to support our stores in Edmonton and around the province of Alberta.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
  2. Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
  3. Ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  4. Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
  5. Offering private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
  6. Providing clinical services including medication management and health screening.
Qualifications:
  1. A Canadian Pharmacist licence and in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  2. Injection certification.
  3. Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  4. Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
  5. Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
  6. Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).
  7. Ability to travel frequently throughout the region for 1-2 weeks at a time.
  8. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
